  1. Day 1 Arrive Chennai

    Upon arrival in Chennai, meet our representative who’ll assist you in smooth transfer to the hotel and e Hotel.

  2. Day 2 Chennai Sightseeing

    Today after breakfast we will proceed for a Guided city tour of Chennai visiting the Theosophical Society, Sri Parthasarathy Temple, Kalakshetra, the St. Mary’s Church, Kapaliswara Temple, San Thomas Cathedral Basilica, Mylapore, Fort St. George and houses the Secretariat and Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu. The evening is at leisure. Stay overnight at the Hotel.

  3. Day 3 Chennai - Mahabalipuram (2 Hrs Drive)

    Today we will leave for Mahabalipuram. On the way we will see Kanchipuram is referred to as one of the 7 sacred cities of Hinduism. The Chola capital during the 2ndcentury, Kanchipuram is an important place where people come to gain knowledge about Jainism, Hinduism and Buddhism. Here we can see some popular temples such as Kamakshi Amman temple, Ekambareswarar temple and so on. Also visit the silk weavers of the city, residing here from past four centuries. Thereafter, continue towards Mahabalipuram.

    On arrival transfer to Hotel and check in. Rest of the day free for your own activities. Stay overnight at the Hotel.

  4. Day 4 Mahabalipuram

    After breakfast we will proceed for sightseeing in Mahabalipuram. Also known as Mamallapuram, it has been the ancient port of the Pallava rulers. During their reign, the Pallava rulers constructed a number of architectural marvels such as caves, sculptural panels, temples and Monolithic rathas.

    One of such attraction that you will visit today includes Krishna Mandapam. Dedicated to Lord Krishna, it is the world’s largest cave-cut Hindu temple. The walls of this temple consist of several figures, including those of Lord Krishna, humans, birds and demi-gods. The other attraction will be the Shore temple. Dating back to the 8th century, this temple is one of the finest examples of Dravidian style of architecture. The last attraction of the day is the Five (Paanch) Rathas. Also called the Paandava Rathas, it is a group of 5 monolithic temples, each erected in a different architecture styling. Back to the hotel for an overnight stay. Stay overnight at the hotel

  5. Day 5 Mahabalipuram - Pondicherry (2 Hrs Drive)

    Drive to Pondicherry. Upon arrival transfer to Hotel and check-into the hotel.

    Later we will start the sightseeing of Pondicherry. The attractions that you visit today include the Sacred Heart Church, the Rai Niwas and Sri Aurobindo Ashram. Apart from being a religious site, Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is an oriental specimen of Gothic style of architecture.
    The other attraction, Raj Niwas, is the official residence of the Lieutenant Governor of Pondicherry. The last attraction of the day is Sri Aurobindo Ashram, founded by Sri Aurobindo, way back in the year 1926. This spiritual community is flocked by a huge number of visitors all round the year. Stay overnight in Pondicherry.

  6. Day 6 Pondicherry - Tanjore (5 hrs Drive)

    Today we drive to Tanjore.En-route we can stop and visit Chidambram. This quaint town of Tamil Nadu is known as the seat Lord Nataraja, the Cosmic Dancer. Here, we can see Chidambram Temple, which is spread in around 40 acres of land. Also called Thillai Nataraja temple, it has a distinct feature of 5 sabhas.

    Thereafter, continue to Tanjore. On arrival, check-in at your hotel.

    After some rest, the rest of the day is for sightseeing in Tanjore including the very well-known Brihadeeswarar Temple.

    This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a temple that is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The other attractions of the day include the Saraswathi Mahal Library and the Art Gallery. Stay overnight in Tanjore.

  7. Day 7 Tanjore - Trichy (1.5 Hrs Drive)

    Today morning  start sightseeing of Tanjore visiting  the very well-known Brihadeeswarar Temple. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a temple that is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The other attractions of the day include the Saraswathi Mahal Library and the Art Gallery. 

    Later drive to Trichy or Tiruchirappali. On arrival transfer to Hotel and check in.

    Rest of the day free to explore the surroundings and the nearby attractions.

  8. Day 8 Trichy Sightseeing

    After breakfast we will visit Trichy today. The first visit is to the Srirangam, located at a distance of around 5 km from Trichy.

    Here you visit Sri Ranganathaswami temple, which is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and boasts of having one of India’s largest temple complexes. Your next visit is to the Tiruchirapalli Rock Fort, placed on the banks of the River Kaveri and other famous Temples. Stay overnight at e Hotel.

  9. Day 9 Trichy - Madurai (3 Hrs drive)

    Today after Breakfast drive Madurai.It is also famed as the Athens of the East.Upon arrival transfer to Hotel and check in.

    Later we will proceed for sightseeing of Madurai visiting the splendid Meenakshi-Sundareswarar Temple or Meenakshi Amman Temple.

    This magnificent temple is dedicated to Goddess Parvati, the consort of Lord Shiva. While the Goddess is known as Meenakshi in this part of the country, the Lord is known as Sundareswarar.

    This magnificiebt temple has 14 gopurams. The afternoon is at leisure. Evening attend the wonderful evening prayer ceremony at the Meenakshi Temple. Stay overnight in Madurai.

  10. Day 10 Madurai - Munnar (5 hrs Drive)

    After breakfast we  drive to Munnar, the Fascinating Hill Station of South India – Munnar. On the way we  will visit Spice Plantation.

    Upon arrival transfer to Hotel and check in. Stay overnight at the Hotel.

  11. Day 11 Explore Munnar

    After leisurely Breakfast. We will proceed for the sightseeing tour of Munnar visiting Eravikulam National Park – the natural habitat of the Ibex called Nilgiri Tahar, Mattupetty Lake and Dam, Tea Plantation and Munnar town. Stay overnight at Hotel

  12. Day 12 Munnar - Thekkady (3 hrs drive)

    Today we drive to Thekkady / Periyar. Periyar (Thekkady) Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the well maintained wildlife sanctuaries of South India and it spreads out over an area of 777 sq kms. The splendid artificial lake formed by the Mullaperiyar dam across the Periyar river adds to the charm of the park. This is the only sanctuary in India where you can have the unique experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat on the lake. The rest of the afternoon is free or stroll through the bustling spice market of Kumili village.

    On arrival transfer to hotel and check in.

    In the afternoon we will proceed for Boat ride on Lake Periyar where one can have a unique experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat on the lake.

  13. Day 13 Thekkady - Alleppey (4 Hrs drive)

    After Breakfast we will leave for Alleppey and on arrival we will board on Air-Conditioned Deluxe House boat for an Overnight Back Water Cruise for Alleppey round. The Backwaters of Kerala is a network of interconnected canals, rivers, lakes and inlets formed by more than 900 km of waterways. The backwaters have a unique ecosystem – freshwater from the rivers meets the seawater from the Arabian Sea. 

    House Boats have all the creature comforts of a good hotel including furnished bedrooms, modern toilets, cozy living rooms, a kitchen and even a balcony for angling. Parts of the curved roof of wood or plaited palm open out to provide shade and allow uninterrupted views. Stay overnight in House Boat.

  14. Day 14 Alleppey - Cochin (2 Hrs drive)

    Today after breakfast we will disembark from house boat at 9 am and leave for Cochin. Upon arrival transfer to Hotel and check in.

    Later we will proceed for sightseeing tour of Cochin visiting Chinese Fishing nets, Fort Cochin, Mattancherry, Old Spice market at Mattancherry St. Francis Church, Dutch Cemetery, the Dutch Palace (Friday Closed), Hill palace, Bolghatty Palace & Jewish Synagogue.

    In the evening we will proceed to see Kathakali Dance Show, The Kathakali dance is presented in a group, the themes of which are based on Hindu Mythologies – particularly on epics – Ramayana and Mahabharata. Here Kathakali, music, martial arts and other dance forms are demonstrated in traditional style with its real sence and reality.   15. Day 15 Cochin - Departure

    Today after breakfast we will transfer you at Cochin airport to board flight for your onward destination.
